Do we need to run a tender?

No. G-Cloud 15 is a framework: you search the Digital Marketplace, shortlist services against your requirements and award a call-off contract directly, without a separate competition.

How do we find Flowella on the Digital Marketplace?

Search for “WhatsApp Flows” or the service ID 987503193563745. At the time of writing, Flowella is the only G-Cloud 15 service that offers WhatsApp Flows.

Do we need HubSpot?

No. Flowella works on every HubSpot tier, Free and Starter included, but you can also use it on its own or connect it to your own CRM or case management system through the API and webhooks.

What do we need before we go live?

A Meta Business account and a phone number to register for WhatsApp Business. Both take a few days to verify, so start the 14-day trial while procurement reviews the service definition.
