Do I need HubSpot or another CRM to use Flowella?

No. The inbox, template creation and bulk send all work with just a Flowella account and a WhatsApp Business number. The HubSpot integration adds automation and data sync on top; it isn’t a requirement.

What do I need to get started?

A Meta Business account and a phone number for WhatsApp Business. Flowella walks you through the connection with Meta’s Embedded Signup during onboarding, in about 30 minutes. Meta bills its own WhatsApp charges to a card on your WhatsApp Business Account; Flowella’s free trial needs no card.

What files does bulk send accept?

CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files under 10 MB, with up to 50,000 recipient rows. Phone numbers need the full international format, such as +447700900000. While the send runs, the Statistics tab shows live progress, and the send log explains each row’s outcome in plain English.

How bulk send works

What stops someone getting the same message twice?

Flowella drops a row when the same template has already gone to the same number inside its dedupe window. The row shows as Suppressed in the job’s statistics, so a duplicate in your file, a re-imported list or a re-run schedule never sends the message twice.

Can I build WhatsApp Flows without HubSpot?

Not today. WhatsApp Flows are built from the HubSpot forms you sync, so they come with the HubSpot integration. The inbox, templates and bulk send work without it.

What happens if I connect HubSpot later?

Nothing to rebuild. Your number, templates, conversation history and opt-outs stay exactly as they are; HubSpot adds automation and data sync on top.
