Do I need HubSpot or another CRM to use Flowella?
No. The inbox, template creation, and bulk send all work with just a Flowella account and a WhatsApp Business number. Integrations add automation and data sync on top; they are not a requirement.
What do I need to get started?
A Meta Business account and a phone number for WhatsApp Business. Flowella walks you through the connection with embedded signup during onboarding.
What files does bulk send accept?
CSV and Excel (.xlsx) recipient files. Flowella validates numbers on import, then shows live progress and per-message statistics while the send runs.
Can I build interactive Flows without a form platform?
Today, interactive WhatsApp Flows are generated from synced HubSpot forms. The native Flow designer on our roadmap removes that dependency: build multi-screen Flows on a blank canvas and publish them straight to Meta.
What happens if I add an integration later?
Nothing to rebuild. Your number, templates, conversation history, and opt-outs stay exactly as they are; the integration layers automation and data sync on top.
