Accessibility statement

How we make Flowella’s websites work for everyone, how we test them and where we know we fall short.
On this page
Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use flowella.io and go.flowella.io, whatever device, browser, language or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
The sites have not yet been audited against WCAG by an independent tester, so we don’t claim full conformance. This statement says what we do, how we test and where we know we fall short.
What we do
Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a link that skips straight to the main content.
Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
Text and controls meet the WCAG contrast ratios in both the light and dark themes.
Pages reflow down to 320 pixels wide, so you can zoom in without scrolling sideways.
If your device asks for reduced motion, animations stop or become simple fades.
Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
The site is published in nine languages, including Arabic, which reads right to left, and Greek.
How we test
In October 2026 we checked one page of every template in each of the nine languages, 197 pages in all, with the axe-core accessibility engine against WCAG 2.2 AA, in the light and dark themes and at desktop and phone sizes. We also checked keyboard use, reduced motion and reflow at 320 pixels by hand, and fixed what we found. We check new page designs the same way before they go live.
Known issues
Some parts of the sites come from other services, and we can’t fully control how they work:
HubSpot’s cookie banner, chat window and meeting booking calendar.
YouTube videos and the share buttons on blog posts.
We also know about these issues on our own pages:
Some older campaign pages on go.flowella.io in languages other than English have embedded video players without titles, and headings out of order.
The interactive product demos dim the steps that haven’t played yet, which lowers their contrast until they play. With reduced motion on, every step is shown in full.
PDF downloads, such as the Workflow Playbook, may not work well with screen readers.
Tell us about a problem
If something on our sites doesn’t work for you, or you need information in another format, email info@flowella.io. Tell us the page address and what happened, and we’ll reply to explain how we’ll fix it.
About this statement
We prepared this statement on 21 October 2026 and will review it whenever the sites change significantly.
