Flowella
HubSpot forms as WhatsApp Flows
Flowella turns your HubSpot forms into WhatsApp Flows and writes each completed one back as a HubSpot form submission. TimelinesAI syncs your team’s WhatsApp chats, group chats and calls into HubSpot and other CRMs, from reps’ own numbers by QR code or through Meta’s API. They’re built for different jobs.
Two good tools. Which job is yours?

Partly means the tool does some of this, as the line explains. Prices are in US dollars, before tax.
Ask three questions in a WhatsApp Flow and the answers land in HubSpot as properties, ready for a workflow. Ask the same three in a chat and you get messages someone has to read and retype. Try both and watch the record.
Sample dataNothing you type leaves this page.
Answer in the Flow first, then try the chat.
Answer in the Flow first, then try the chat. The Flow caught that. Fix it and send again. Three answers, three clean properties. Now give the same answers in a chat. Each reply lands as a message, not a field. Same answers. Someone has to read these. Same answers. Only one set is ready to use.

TimelinesAI is a good product, and in places it does more than Flowella. Here’s who each one is.
Flowella turns HubSpot forms into WhatsApp Flows and writes each answer back to HubSpot. It’s from the team at Discover Digital, a HubSpot Platinum Partner.
TimelinesAI connects the WhatsApp numbers sales and support teams already use, by QR code or Meta’s API, to HubSpot and other CRMs, with a shared inbox, automation and AI.
Pick by the job you need done. HubSpot’s own WhatsApp channel is the third option, and for some teams it’s enough.
Three jobs. Pick yours.

Four questions HubSpot teams put to us, answered for both tools.
Flowella
No. Flowella supports coexistence: keep the app for one-to-one chats while Flows and templates run on the same number.28
Flowella
Pro is $199 a month with 2,500 billable messages, then $0.04 each: $1,099 for 25,000. Meta bills its own fees to you, at its list rate.2118
TimelinesAI
Templates need an API or Coexistence number. Seven Pro seats are $273 a month billed yearly ($343 monthly), with 500 credits a seat. Each campaign message uses a credit, and extra credits are $4 per 100 a month, so the other 21,500 add $860: $1,133 a month billed yearly. Meta bills its template fees to you.1986

We’ve tried to make it so. Every fact about TimelinesAI links to its own pages, help centre or HubSpot Marketplace listing, checked on 25 October 2026. TimelinesAI does more than Flowella in places, such as syncing reps’ own WhatsApp numbers, group chats and calls, other CRMs and AI tools, and the table says so. Its prices are per seat, with messaging credits per seat, so we give them in words rather than in a calculator.
Three ways, on every plan. A QR code links a personal or Business app number as a linked device, as WhatsApp Web does: no Meta fees, and group chats and calls sync too. Official WABA puts a number on Meta’s WhatsApp Business API, with approved templates. Coexistence does both on one Business app number.
TimelinesAI says WhatsApp’s anti-spam systems can ban QR-connected numbers for patterns such as sudden bursts of messages, and that the official API is the path Meta built for volume. Its Marketplace listing adds that, to comply with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service, you should use the Business app or WABA in a live environment.
Its own guide to the three paths says linked devices are a Meta feature, but the libraries that script them, its own included, sit outside Meta’s list of Business Solution Providers. Flowella connects every number through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Source 6, source 1, source 3, source 4, source 10, source 31.
With Flowella, Meta bills you directly, at Meta’s list rates, and Flowella never marks them up. Flowella’s own bill is your plan plus any billable messages over its allowance.
With TimelinesAI, QR-connected numbers carry no Meta fees. On API and Coexistence numbers, Meta bills its own per-message fees for templates and TimelinesAI adds no platform fee, though campaign and automated messages use its messaging credits. For a UK number, Meta’s list rates are $0.0635 for marketing and $0.022 for utility. Source 22, source 18, source 1, source 6, source 9.
Every Flowella plan, from Starter. Forms to Flows works on every HubSpot plan, Free included; Flowella’s workflow actions need HubSpot Professional or Enterprise. Automated and mass messages use one credit each, HubSpot workflow sends and template campaigns included: 50 a seat a month on Starter, 500 on Pro and 2,000 on Enterprise. On Starter and Pro, extra credits are $4 per 100 a month, or $40 for a one-time 1,000. One-to-one messages are unlimited. Flowella prices by billable message, not by seat.
