A Flowella conversation is counted each time a WhatsApp Flow is delivered to a customer through Flowella. This means a structured form interaction, such as a booking confirmation, feedback survey, or data collection flow, not every individual WhatsApp message. Multiple messages within the same Flow submission count as one conversation.
Flowella only counts a conversation when Meta charges for the underlying WhatsApp message delivery. If Meta doesn’t charge, for example, during a free customer service window or a Click-to-WhatsApp ad session, Flowella doesn’t charge either. You are never billed for conversations that weren’t actually delivered.
No. Flowella and Meta are completely separate charges. Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp message delivery through your WhatsApp Business Account. Flowella charges separately for the platform; the form building, WhatsApp Flow generation, data mapping, and CRM integration. We do not mark up, resell, or bundle Meta’s fees.
Your flows are never paused or disabled. Additional conversations above your plan’s included allowance are billed at the overage rate for your plan ($0.045/conversation on Starter, $0.035/conversation on Pro) at the end of your billing cycle. You can monitor your usage in real time from the Flowella dashboard.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. You can change plans at any time from your account settings.
Enterprise is designed for organisations handling 100,000 or more conversations per month. At that scale, standard plan pricing doesn’t make sense. So we work with you to agree custom terms, including bespoke conversation rates, tailored volume commitments, a dedicated account manager, SLA guarantees, and 2 hours of monthly consultation. Enterprise agreements may be governed by a separate order form or service agreement. If you’re approaching that volume or want to discuss whether Enterprise is the right fit, contact our sales team and we’ll put together a proposal based on your specific requirements.
Your trial includes full access to all Flowella features. No credit card is required to start. A small “Powered by Flowella” watermark appears on messages during the trial. When your trial ends, you can upgrade to Starter or Pro to continue. Any Flows you’ve built are preserved.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored in the Flowella application. Subscriptions renew monthly. Overage charges are invoiced at the end of each billing cycle.
Yes. To send WhatsApp messages through Flowella, you need a verified WhatsApp Business Account. Don’t worry: the setup is straightforward, and if you don't already have one, it can be created inside Flowella during onboarding. This gives your brand a verified business profile, message templates, and access to the WhatsApp Business API.
Flowella connects directly to your HubSpot account. You select a HubSpot form, and Flowella generates a WhatsApp Flow from it, mirroring fields, validation rules, and labels. When a customer completes the Flow, their responses are automatically written back to HubSpot as structured data, updating contact properties and triggering workflows.
Flowella is currently built around the HubSpot integration, which provides the deepest automation capabilities. Support for additional CRMs including Zoho, Pipedrive, and Salesforce is on our roadmap. If you use a different platform, contact us to discuss your requirements.

No. Flowella focuses on structured WhatsApp Flows, not free-text conversations. Instead of an AI chatbot trying to interpret open-ended messages, Flowella presents customers with guided forms inside WhatsApp. The responses come back as clean, structured data that your CRM can act on immediately. You can use Flowella alongside a chatbot. They serve different purposes.
Flowella handles encryption and secure data exchange between WhatsApp and your CRM automatically, meeting Meta’s requirements for WhatsApp Flows. Your data is transmitted securely and is not stored on Flowella’s servers beyond what is needed for processing. You control data retention and destinations through your CRM.
