    1,000 a month. A template, a Flow or a reply counts once when WhatsApp marks it billable, however many screens a Flow has. Messages your customers send never count.

The two plans do the same things, apart from Pro’s priority support. Volume decides it: Starter costs less below about 7,000 billable messages a month, and Pro costs less above that.

Who is Flowella Starter for?

Teams getting started with WhatsApp automation, sending up to about 7,000 billable messages a month. Above that, Pro costs less for the same work.

Does Starter work on HubSpot Free?

Yes. Forms to Flows, WhatsApp activity on the contact timeline, the Flowella inbox and bulk send work on every HubSpot plan. Flowella’s workflow actions and triggers need HubSpot Professional or Enterprise, because they run in HubSpot workflows. What works on each HubSpot plan

What happens if I send more than 1,000 messages?

Flowella keeps sending. Each billable message over the allowance costs $0.05, billed at the end of your billing cycle, and a fair use policy applies. Your usage is in Settings → Usage.

Do unused messages roll over?

No. The allowance resets each billing month, so unused billable messages don’t carry over.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect straight away, with a prorated charge for the rest of your billing cycle, and downgrades at your next renewal. Managing your subscription

Are Meta’s WhatsApp fees included?

No. Meta bills its fees to your WhatsApp Business Account directly, by message category and country. In the UK, Meta lists a marketing message at $0.0635 and a utility message at $0.022, from 1 October 2026. Flowella doesn’t mark them up. Meta’s pricing
