Who is Flowella Pro for?

Growing teams scaling WhatsApp automation, usually sending more than about 7,000 billable messages a month, and teams that want priority support. At 10,000 billable messages a month, Pro costs $499 and Starter $529.

What does Pro add to Starter?

A bigger allowance (2,500 billable messages a month instead of 1,000), a lower rate after it ($0.04 instead of $0.05) and priority support. Everything else is the same on both plans, including unlimited WhatsApp Flows and the HubSpot workflow actions.

Which HubSpot plan do I need?

Any. Flowella runs on every HubSpot plan, Free included. Flowella’s workflow actions and triggers need HubSpot Professional or Enterprise, because they run in HubSpot workflows, and the Flowella channel in HubSpot’s inbox needs Sales Hub or Service Hub, Professional or Enterprise. What happens if I send more than 2,500 messages?

Flowella keeps sending. Each billable message over the allowance costs $0.04, billed at the end of your billing cycle, and a fair use policy applies. Your usage is in Settings → Usage.

When should we talk to you about Enterprise?

From about 100,000 billable messages a month, or when you need bespoke limits, a dedicated account manager or an SLA. Flowella Enterprise

Can I change plans later?

Yes, at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect straight away, with a prorated charge for the rest of your billing cycle, and downgrades at your next renewal. Managing your subscription

Are Meta’s WhatsApp fees included?

No. Meta bills its fees to your WhatsApp Business Account directly, by message category and country. In the UK, Meta lists a marketing message at $0.0635 and a utility message at $0.022, from 1 October 2026. Flowella doesn’t mark them up. Meta’s pricing
