Flowella vs Eazybe: HubSpot Form to WhatsApp Flow, or a Chrome sidebar on WhatsApp Web

Eazybe and Flowella are both listed on the HubSpot Marketplace, but they are not the same kind of product. Eazybe is a Chrome extension that overlays HubSpot data on WhatsApp Web. Flowella is a Meta WhatsApp Business Platform app that converts HubSpot Forms into WhatsApp Flows and writes structured submissions back into HubSpot. This page sets out the eleven capability differences so you can pick the right tool for your job.

Feature comparison

The eleven things that actually matter.

10/11
Flowella wins
Wins where the job is HubSpot Forms, native workflow actions, structured submissions and Cloud API scale.
1/11
Eazybe wins
Wins on the one capability it is purpose-built for: logging WhatsApp Web conversations into the HubSpot timeline.
CapabilityFor HubSpot users HubSpot-native Flowella Chrome extension on WhatsApp Web Eazybe
HubSpot Form to WhatsApp Flow (one-click)One-click conversion of an existing HubSpot form into a structured in-chat form.

Native, no-code. "Flowella turns the forms you already use, HubSpot, Google Forms, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, into WhatsApp Flows" (flowella.io).

No Form-to-Flow feature. Eazybe overlays HubSpot data on WhatsApp Web; Flows is a Cloud API feature Eazybe does not implement.56

Submissions return as native HubSpot form submissionsUnlocks Form submission enrolments and Delay-until-form-submission events.

Yes. Flowella writes responses "back into HubSpot as a form submission" (Adam Judd, HubSpot Community).

Writes individual chat messages to the Contact / Deal / Ticket activity timeline; does not generate a HubSpot Form submission record.4

HubSpot-native workflow action that sends a FlowSelectable inside any HubSpot workflow without third-party automation glue.

Yes. Flowella publishes workflow actions in HubSpot (knowledge.flowella.io/hubspot/workflow-actions).

Eazybe's HubSpot integration is a sidebar in WhatsApp Web. There is no published HubSpot workflow action that triggers an Eazybe message.45

Branch on a structured WhatsApp replyDrive the next workflow step from a typed answer, not a parsed string.

Yes. Flows return typed, structured data that HubSpot workflows can branch on.

~

Captures free-text replies and surfaces them in HubSpot timeline. Branching on a structured option requires Flows, which Eazybe does not implement.46

Bi-directional contact syncWhatsApp identity mapped to a HubSpot Contact and kept in sync.

Yes. Flowella maps WhatsApp identities to HubSpot Contacts.

Eazybe homepage: "Real-time bi-directional sync."5

Team inbox for WhatsAppA shared WhatsApp inbox so multiple agents can reply to the same number.

Yes. Flowella ships an Inbox (knowledge.flowella.io/app/inbox).

Eazybe ships a Team Inbox (eazybe.com/features/team-inbox), but it is rendered as a sidebar across each agent's WhatsApp Web session rather than a Cloud API inbox.5

Multi-channel beyond WhatsAppConnect the same workflow to other form / messaging channels.

Yes. Flowella connects HubSpot, Google Forms, Typeform and SurveyMonkey alongside WhatsApp.

WhatsApp-only. No documented Instagram, Messenger, SMS or web-form channels.

WhatsApp Coexistence (Meta's official feature)Run the WhatsApp Business App and the Cloud API on one number, via Meta's Embedded Signup.

Yes. Flowella supports Meta's Coexistence flow via Embedded Signup (knowledge.flowella.io/whatsapp/co-existence).

~

Eazybe markets a "Coexistence" page, but the underlying product is still primarily a Chrome extension. No public evidence Eazybe is a Meta-registered Solution Partner / Tech Provider running Meta's official Embedded Signup Coexistence flow.56

WhatsApp Catalogues / ShopSend product messages and templates from a WhatsApp catalogue.

Yes. Available via Cloud API templates and product messages.

Not a documented Eazybe feature.6

Cloud hosting region for UK / EU buyersWhere the WhatsApp conversation data is stored and processed.

Yes. Flowella discloses data security at knowledge.flowella.io/security/data-security.

~

Main legal entity is Delaware, USA, with operations in New Delhi. Eazybe claims "GDPR Ready" but the Chrome Web Store records "This developer has not identified itself as a trader. For consumers in the European Union, please note that consumer rights do not apply."5

HubSpot Marketplace listing maturityHow long the app has been listed and how many reviews it has. ~

Listed on the HubSpot Marketplace since December 2025; building review volume through 2026.

Listed for longer; install count and review volume pending verification on the logged-in HubSpot Marketplace. Chrome Web Store has 30,000 users and 4.5/5 from 1,100 ratings.2

A bit of background

Two products, two architectures.

Eazybe is a Chrome extension that reads WhatsApp Web in your browser. Flowella runs on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). That single architectural choice explains almost every row in the comparison table.

Honest segmentation

Choose by where the work should happen.

Pick by job-to-be-done. If you live in HubSpot and need structured WhatsApp data, Flowella is the simpler fit. If a small team already lives in WhatsApp Web and just wants a HubSpot sidebar over their existing chats, Eazybe is purpose-built for that.

Choose Flowella if…

You want WhatsApp to feed structured data into HubSpot.

You already use HubSpot Forms and Workflows. You want WhatsApp to capture clean, structured answers that trigger the workflows you've already built.

  • You live inside HubSpot — that's your system of record.
  • You need form submissions, not free-text chat.
  • You want one pass-through bill, no per-seat fees.
  • You're UK/EU and care about data residency.
Choose Eazybe if…

You need a full WhatsApp engagement platform alongside HubSpot.

You have a team that lives in a shared WhatsApp inbox, runs broadcast campaigns, builds rule-based chatbots, and handles Instagram and Messenger too.

  • You need a multi-agent team inbox with assignment.
  • You run high-volume broadcasts and click-to-WhatsApp ads.
  • You want multi-channel (WhatsApp + IG + Messenger).
  • HubSpot is one of several CRMs you sync with.
Choose HubSpot native if…

You only need basic WhatsApp inside the HubSpot Conversations Inbox.

You want shared inbox replies and outbound templates from your HubSpot record, and don't need WhatsApp Flows, branching automation, or coexistence with the Business App.4

  • You're fine sending only template messages from workflows.
  • ≤1,000 templates/month is enough.
  • You don't need Coexistence with the Business App.
  • You don't need to branch on a structured customer reply.
In your customer's voice

The practical deep dive.

Four questions HubSpot teams ask when comparing a Cloud API WhatsApp app with a browser-extension overlay.

Q

Can I trigger a HubSpot workflow when a customer completes a WhatsApp form?

Flowella

Yes. Flowella publishes HubSpot workflow actions and writes Flow responses back as native form submissions, which can drive any standard HubSpot workflow trigger. The pattern is documented at knowledge.flowella.io/hubspot/workflow-actions and corroborated by Adam Judd's HubSpot Community post: "the workflow sends a WhatsApp Flow ... The responses are written back into HubSpot as a form submission, so you can branch your workflow based on actual structured answers."

Eazybe

No, not in this shape. Eazybe synchronises WhatsApp chat messages into the HubSpot timeline as activity records on the Contact, Deal or Ticket. HubSpot workflows cannot natively trigger on "new chat message" the way they trigger on "form submission". The HubSpot Community confirms this limitation of native WhatsApp integrations: "There is no workflow trigger for inbound WhatsApp messages."4

Q

Will WhatsApp messages live inside the HubSpot Conversations Inbox?

Flowella

Yes. Via the Cloud API, messages can sit in HubSpot's Conversations Inbox as a connected channel. Flowella also offers its own inbox for teams that prefer it.

Eazybe

No, not in the standard sense. Eazybe's inbox lives inside WhatsApp Web itself, with a HubSpot sidebar overlay. Each chat message is logged to the relevant HubSpot Contact / Deal / Ticket timeline, but Eazybe does not register as a HubSpot Conversations Inbox channel. Eazybe's own page describes the sidebar pattern: "Open WhatsApp Web - The HubSpot sidebar appears automatically."5

Q

Do I have to give up my WhatsApp Business App to use this?

Flowella

No. Flowella supports Meta's official Coexistence feature via Embedded Signup, which Meta defines as "a way for you to keep answering from your mobile, but at the same time connect that same number to a CRM" (developers.facebook.com). Eligibility requires WhatsApp Business App version 2.24.17 or higher and a number with sufficient activity history. You can either move the number fully to the Cloud API or keep the Business App alive on the same number through Meta's official Coexistence path.6

Eazybe

No, you cannot give up the App. Eazybe explicitly requires that you keep using the WhatsApp Business App or personal WhatsApp because the entire product is a Chrome extension reading WhatsApp Web. Eazybe homepage: "Other tools force you to abandon WhatsApp Business App and migrate to API-only. Eazybe works with both, keep your existing setup, your chat history, and your workflow."5

Q

What does this look like for a 7-agent HubSpot team in practice?

Flowella

The workspace owner connects one WhatsApp Business number (Cloud API or Coexistence), one HubSpot OAuth, and adds agents as seats. WhatsApp Flow messages, templates and the inbox are managed server-side. Flat pricing means an eighth agent costs nothing extra. For UK or EU teams, the GDPR data processing register references one workspace, not seven browsers.

Eazybe

Install the Chrome extension on each agent's browser (seven installs), each agent connects their own WhatsApp Web session (seven phones, seven QR scans), and each agent grants HubSpot OAuth from their browser. There is no documented central admin console that lets a workspace owner provision or deprovision agents in bulk; per-user billing scales linearly. If an agent leaves a session signed in on a personal device, WhatsApp Web persists on that device.5

What it really costs

Pricing, transparently.

Eazybe is cheaper on paper because messages route through the user's own WhatsApp Web session rather than the Cloud API; Flowella is a flat workspace fee plus Meta's per-conversation pricing paid directly to Meta with no markup.

Flowella · simple

$79–$159 / month. No per-seat. No markup.

  • Meta delivery passed through your Meta account — no markup, ever.
  • No per-user fees. 7 agents, 70 agents — same price.
  • ~$0.04 per-conversation overage above plan allowance.
  • Cancel any time at end of billing period.
Eazybe tiered

Eazybe per-user pricing across three tiers (Starter, Scaler, Omnis), starting at approximately $10 per user per month (Capterra, May 2026). Scaler and Omnis prices load dynamically by region; verify before procurement. 4-day free trial, strict no-refund policy. Eazybe does not charge per WhatsApp message because messages route through WhatsApp Web on the user's machine.7

Starter ~$10/user/mo For individuals; from approximately $10 per user per month (Capterra).
Scaler Region-priced/user/mo Most popular tier. Numeric price loads dynamically by region; verify before publication.
Omnis Region-priced/user/mo Full-stack RevOps tier. Numeric price loads dynamically by region; verify before publication.
  • Eazybe charges no Meta delivery fee because outbound messages are sent through WhatsApp Web on the user's machine, not the Cloud API.7

  • Eazybe is priced per active user, defined as each team member who syncs WhatsApp to the CRM. An eighth agent costs another seat.

  • Strict no-refund policy: "Eazybe follows a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer refunds for any plan." (eazybe.com/pricing).

  • Flowella is $79 Starter / $159 Pro flat per workspace, no per-user fees; Meta's per-conversation pricing is paid directly to Meta with no Flowella markup.

Realistic scenario

7-agent HubSpot team sending 25,000 templated WhatsApp messages a month

Only the recurring base subscription is shown. Meta delivery is paid on top, and that's where the markup matters.

Flowella Pro $159/ month base $159 plan · $0 user fees · $0 delivery markup
+ Meta delivery passed through at list rates
Eazybe Pro · 7 users $70+/ month base, per-user only Starter at ~$10 per user per month x 7 agents = $70/month base, plus any tier upgrades to Scaler or Omnis. Eazybe pays no Meta delivery fee because messages go through WhatsApp Web. To stay within WhatsApp's published Terms of Service, 25,000 outbound messages should be delivered through the Business Platform API, which Eazybe's Chrome-extension architecture is not designed to do at this scale.3

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers for HubSpot teams comparing Flowella with Eazybe.

Is this an honest comparison or a hatchet job?

Honest. Eazybe and Flowella are both listed on the HubSpot Marketplace but they solve different jobs. Eazybe is a Chrome extension that overlays HubSpot data on WhatsApp Web; Flowella is a Meta WhatsApp Business Platform app that converts HubSpot Forms into WhatsApp Flows. We have not invented capabilities, we have not edited reviews, and every figure on this page links to Eazybe's own website, the Chrome Web Store, the HubSpot Marketplace, or Meta's own documentation. If you find a factual error, email hello@flowella.io and we will correct it.

Can Eazybe turn a HubSpot Form into a WhatsApp Flow with one click?

No. WhatsApp Flows is a feature of the WhatsApp Business Platform Cloud API, and Eazybe's architecture is a Chrome extension on WhatsApp Web. We have not found any Eazybe documentation describing a Form-to-Flow conversion. Eazybe's strength is logging WhatsApp Web conversations into the HubSpot Contact / Deal / Ticket timeline.56

Does Eazybe replace HubSpot's Conversations Inbox?

No. Eazybe's inbox lives inside WhatsApp Web with a HubSpot sidebar. Individual messages are written to HubSpot timelines as activity records, but Eazybe does not register as a HubSpot Conversations Inbox channel.5

Do I have to drop the WhatsApp Business App to use this?

With Eazybe, you cannot drop the App or personal WhatsApp; the product depends on a working WhatsApp Web session in your browser. With Flowella, you can either move fully to the Cloud API or keep the Business App alive on the same number through Meta's official Coexistence flow (rolled out by Meta on 6 May 2025).6

What's the real difference in monthly bills?

For a small team Eazybe is cheaper on paper (from approximately $10 per user per month) because Eazybe does not pay Meta for message delivery; messages go out through the user's own WhatsApp Web session. Flowella's $79 Starter / $159 Pro tiers are flat workspace fees plus the Meta conversation pricing you pay directly to Meta. For a 7-agent team sending 25,000 templates a month, plan for Meta's per-conversation cost on top of Flowella, and accept that Eazybe's architecture is not designed to carry that volume of templated outbound under Meta's published rules.37

What about data residency for UK / EU buyers?

Flowella publishes a data security page at knowledge.flowella.io/security/data-security. Eazybe operates from Delaware (USA) with operations in New Delhi (India). Eazybe claims "GDPR Ready" but the Chrome Web Store records "This developer has not identified itself as a trader. For consumers in the European Union, please note that consumer rights do not apply to contracts between you and this developer." Buyers with a UK / EU data processing register should confirm Eazybe's processor terms and sub-processor list before procurement.5

What is Eazybe actually best at?

Eazybe is best at one specific job: a small sales team that already lives in WhatsApp Business App or personal WhatsApp, that wants a HubSpot sidebar on top of WhatsApp Web, and that wants WhatsApp chat history written into HubSpot Contact timelines without paying for the Cloud API. The Chrome Web Store rating of 4.5/5 from 1,100 reviewers suggests it does that job well for that audience.2

Could I get my WhatsApp account banned using Eazybe?

Flowella has no opinion on this. Meta publishes its own rules and we quote them in footnote 3. The two key sentences are: WhatsApp's Terms of Service prohibit "sending illegal or impermissible communications such as bulk messaging, auto-messaging, auto-dialing, and the like"; and the Business Messaging Policy reserves the right to "limit or remove your access ... [for] messaging people at scale in an unauthorized manner." Read those, read Eazybe's own privacy and compliance statements, and decide for yourself.3

Sources & footnotes

  1. Eazybe company background.

Founded 2022 (per Eazybe About page, eazybe.com/about-us); founder & CEO Sagar Dewan (LinkedIn). Operating entities: Eazybe, Inc., 8 The Green STE B, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA; and Eazybe Software Private Limited, H-18 Bali Nagar, New Delhi 110015, India. Single Seed funding round 1 January 2023, undisclosed amount, sole investor First Cheque (Crunchbase /organization/eazybe and /funding_round/eazybe-seed--f85acbbb, accessed 12 May 2026). Tracxn reports 4 employees as of Jul 2024 and annual revenue of approximately INR 1.6 Cr as of 31 March 2025. PitchBook reports 39 total employees. Discrepancy noted.

  2. Eazybe HubSpot Marketplace and Chrome Web Store.

Listing URL: ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/eazybe-powering-whatsapp-web-1331564. As of 12 May 2026 the listing requires a HubSpot login to display review count, star rating, install count and listed-since date. Verify live before publication. Chrome Web Store, by contrast, is public and shows 30,000 users, 4.5/5 from 1,100 ratings (Chrome Web Store listing, accessed 12 May 2026). The Eazybe About page claim of "30,000+ reviews and a 4.9 rating" does not match the live Chrome Web Store data; we have used the public Chrome Web Store figures throughout.

  3. WhatsApp Terms of Service and account ban risk.

This footnote intentionally cites Meta's own published rules verbatim. Flowella draws no conclusion about whether using Eazybe will or will not cause a ban; that decision is for the buyer.

"You will not use (or assist others in using) our Services in ways that ... (e) involve sending illegal or impermissible communications such as bulk messaging, auto-messaging, auto-dialing, and the like; or (f) involve any non-personal use of our Services unless otherwise authorized by us."
WhatsApp Terms of Service, whatsapp.com/legal/terms-of-service, accessed 12 May 2026.

"If you use or operate a service which utilizes WhatsApp in violation of our terms or policies, such as messaging people at scale in an unauthorized manner, we have the right to limit or remove your access to WhatsApp Business Services."
WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, business.whatsapp.com/policy, accessed 12 May 2026.

WhatsApp also maintains a Help Centre page titled "Unauthorized use of automated or bulk messaging on WhatsApp" at faq.whatsapp.com/5957850900902049. Eazybe self-certifies as "Meta Compliant" on its Chrome Web Store listing; that is Eazybe's own claim and not a Meta-issued certification. The published list of Meta Business Solution Partners is the canonical proof of Cloud API authorisation; verify Eazybe's status there before procurement.

  4. HubSpot native WhatsApp limitations.

HubSpot's native WhatsApp integration (a) has no workflow trigger for inbound WhatsApp messages, and (b) supports only sending template messages from workflow actions, not interactive Flows. Confirmed in the HubSpot Community discussion at community.hubspot.com. Flowella publishes workflow actions that close this gap; Eazybe does not.

  5. Eazybe Chrome extension architecture.

Extension ID clgficggccelgifppbcaepjdkklfcefd, Manifest V3, version 3.2.018, 15.15 MiB, last updated 3 April 2026. Developer email eazybe.com@gmail.com (a gmail.com address). Privacy disclosure: handles "User activity". Permissions analysis at chrome-stats.com flags tab access as Critical risk (this is normal for extensions that need to act on WhatsApp Web pages but worth disclosing). Setup is described in Eazybe's own documentation as: install in Chrome, open WhatsApp Web, scan QR code, log into HubSpot via OAuth, sidebar appears (eazybe.com/hubspot-whatsapp-integration). Conversation data flows from the WhatsApp Web DOM into Eazybe's servers and then into HubSpot.

  6. WhatsApp Business Platform API vs WhatsApp Business App.

The two products are distinct and Meta documents them separately. The WhatsApp Business App is free, mobile-first, single-device with limited multi-device, and aimed at small businesses. The WhatsApp Business Platform API ("Cloud API") is server-side, multi-agent, template-based, priced per conversation, and requires Meta Business Manager verification (developers.facebook.com). WhatsApp Flows is a Business Platform feature only and is not available in the Business App. Coexistence (Meta's official feature launched 6 May 2025 and rolled out further through 2025-2026) lets a single number be on both the App and the Cloud API simultaneously, requiring App version 2.24.17 or higher and onboarding via a registered Solution Partner / Tech Provider. Eazybe's product runs primarily through WhatsApp Web (the Business App's web companion). Flowella runs through the Cloud API.

  7. Pricing snapshot, 12 May 2026.

Flowella Starter $79/mo, Pro $159/mo, no per-user fees, no markup on Meta delivery (flowella.io). Eazybe per-user pricing: tiers Starter, Scaler, Omnis at eazybe.com/pricing; Starter listed from approximately $10 per user per month on Capterra and Software Advice; Scaler and Omnis prices load dynamically by region on the Eazybe site and could not be captured in this research run. 4-day free trial; strict no-refund policy. Eazybe charges nothing per WhatsApp message because messages route through the user's own WhatsApp Web session rather than the Cloud API. Prices subject to change; re-verify on day of publication.

  8. Comparative-advertising compliance.

This page is published in the United Kingdom and complies with the CAP Code rules on comparisons with identifiable competitors (rules 3.32-3.37) and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008 (BPMMRs 2008). Specifically: (a) every comparative claim is substantiated with a primary-source URL and access date so the reader can verify it; (b) the page acknowledges, prominently and at the top, that Flowella and Eazybe do not meet the same need in the same way and are therefore not fully interchangeable; (c) no comparative claim discredits or denigrates Eazybe (CAP rule 3.42); (d) all factual statements about Eazybe are sourced from Eazybe's own properties, the Chrome Web Store, the HubSpot Marketplace, Crunchbase, Tracxn, PitchBook, Capterra, Software Advice, or Meta's own published documentation; (e) the BPMMRs 2008 requirement that B2B comparisons be objective and on material features is addressed by limiting the comparison to the eleven HubSpot-WhatsApp capabilities listed above. CAP rule numbering varies between source documents; current ASA guidance at asa.org.uk numbers the verifiability requirement as rule 3.34.
