- Create a Click trigger on links matching wa.me or whatsapp.com (or with attribute data-flowella-wa-cta).
- Fire a GA4 event tag: event name whatsapp_click.
- Map parameters: cta_location (from data-cta-location), page_location and page_title (built-ins).
- Mark whatsapp_click as a Key event in GA4 for conversion reporting.
- Import the GA4 key event into Google Ads, or fire an Ads conversion tag on the same trigger.
- For Meta, fire Contact or Lead on the same trigger via your GTM Meta tag. UTM source/medium/campaign come from the page URL — no embed fields needed.
