Your AI assistant builds customer journeys on WhatsApp.
The Flowella MCP server will connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor and other AI assistants to your Flowella account. Describe a donation campaign or a booking journey, and it drafts the templates, the WhatsApp Flow, the automation and the follow-ups, then waits for your go-ahead before anything is sent.

Ask once. Get the whole customer journey.
Pick a request and send it. The assistant works through Flowella one step at a time: the templates, the WhatsApp Flow, the workflow and the follow-ups appear in your account as drafts, and nothing is submitted or sent until you say so.

Pick a request and send it. Watch it appear in Flowella. Drafts only. Nothing sends yet. Off to Meta for review. Approved. Switch it on when you’re ready. Still drafts. Nothing was sent.
Flowella is connected. What would you like to build?
You: Create a donation campaign with a short video and a warm opening message. Build a WhatsApp Flow from our donation form, send it to the Donors 2026 list, and follow up twice with anyone who hasn’t given.
Working in Flowella
- Done: Found the Donors 2026 list
- Done: Drafted the opening template
donation_appeal - Done: Built the WhatsApp Flow from your donation form
donation_form - Done: Added a three-day wait
- Done: Drafted the first follow-up
donation_reminder - Done: Drafted the last call
donation_last_call - Done: Set the goal on the donation amount
Your donation campaign is in Flowella as drafts: three templates, a WhatsApp Flow and the workflow that sends them. The templates need Meta’s approval before anything can go out. Shall I submit them?

Flowella’s tools, inside your assistant.
The MCP server gives AI assistants the building blocks you already use in Flowella, through the Flowella API, with your rules around them.
-
Use the assistant you already have
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor or any app that supports MCP. Add Flowella once, sign in, and ask in plain words.
-
A whole customer journey from one request
Describe the audience, the message and the timing. The assistant drafts each template, builds the WhatsApp Flow, and sets up the workflow and follow-ups to match.
-
Starts from proven playbooks
It knows the 20 workflows in the Flowella Workflow Playbook, so a donation campaign or a booking journey starts from a pattern that already works, adapted to you.
-
Meta’s rules checked first
Template categories, variables, language codes and names are checked before anything goes to Meta, and you see which steps still need Meta’s approval.
-
Nothing sends without you
Everything it builds starts as a draft. It asks before it submits a template, deletes anything or starts a send, and a workflow stays off until you switch it on.
-
Fits your HubSpot set-up
On HubSpot, it can build the WhatsApp Flow from a form you already have and set up the workflow that sends through Flowella.
Three steps to your first customer journey.
When the MCP server launches, connecting it will take a couple of minutes. You’ll need a Flowella account with WhatsApp connected.

API keys and access in the knowledge baseAbout the MCP server
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants use tools in other apps. The Flowella MCP server is that bridge for Flowella: it lets an assistant read and build templates, WhatsApp Flows, workflows and follow-ups in your account.
Which AI assistants will it work with?
Any assistant or app that can connect to a remote MCP server, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor. Each sets up connectors a little differently, and we’ll publish the steps for each one at launch.
When will it be available?
It is in development now. We haven’t set a launch date yet. Book a demo or message us on WhatsApp to hear when it’s ready and to ask about early access.
What can I do today?
Everything the MCP server will do runs on the Flowella API, which you can use now. Send approved templates from any tool that can make an HTTP request, and subscribe to webhooks for replies and status changes.
Control and safety
Will the assistant send messages on its own?
No. Everything it builds starts as a draft. It asks before it submits a template to Meta, deletes anything or starts a send, and a workflow stays off until you switch it on.
How is access controlled?
You sign in to Flowella and choose the organisation and what the assistant may do: read only, or read and change. You can revoke its access from Settings at any time.
Does it follow Meta’s template rules?
Yes. It checks template categories, variables, language codes and names before anything goes to Meta, warns you before large sends, and tells you which steps still need Meta’s approval.
