Do I have to leave my current setup?

No. Flowella works alongside co-existence, so you keep your existing WhatsApp Business App number and simply add the Flows engine on top.

How do answers reach HubSpot?

As native form submissions on the contact record, so your existing workflows, lists and reports work with no extra mapping.

Does Flowella add a fee on top of WhatsApp messages?
