HubSpot Form to WhatsApp Flow conversionOne-click conversion of an existing HubSpot form into a structured in-chat form.

One-click conversion of a HubSpot Form into a Meta WhatsApp Flow.

Not native. Customers build flows manually in SleekFlow's Flow Builder, or use Meta-native WhatsApp Flows (Enterprise plan only).5

WhatsApp submissions as native HubSpot form submissionsFires the HubSpot workflows and reporting that already listen for that form.

Yes. Returns through HubSpot's standard form-submission pipeline.

No. Submissions live in SleekFlow as flow variables; HubSpot is updated via SleekFlow's Create HubSpot record / Update HubSpot record Flow Builder action nodes, not as native form submissions.4

HubSpot workflow actionWhat action does your team drop into a HubSpot workflow?

Send WhatsApp via Flowella is a first-class HubSpot workflow action.

No HubSpot-native workflow action observed on the Marketplace listing. SleekFlow's Send Message action lives inside its own Flow Builder, triggered by a HubSpot record updated node inside SleekFlow.4

Branching on structured WhatsApp repliese.g. NPS score, dropdown choice, yes/no or qualification answer.

Yes, via HubSpot workflow branches reading the returned form-submission values.

Yes, via SleekFlow Flow Builder's Save reply and Button as branch toggles on Messaging action nodes. The branching happens inside SleekFlow, not HubSpot.

Single workflow engineWhether HubSpot remains the only automation engine to maintain.

Yes. HubSpot workflows only; no parallel automation engine.

No. Teams run SleekFlow Flow Builder for conversation routing and HubSpot Workflows for CRM automation, with two engines to keep in sync.

Meta passthrough billing with no markupHow Meta conversation fees reach the customer.

Meta bills the customer's own Meta Business Account directly at Meta rates.

SleekFlow's published prices reflect Meta rates with no published per-message markup. SleekFlow also charges a $15 per WhatsApp number per month connection fee on top of Meta delivery.6

Team inbox with omnichannel routingMulti-agent assignment, lifecycle stages, mobile app and AI handoff.

Not by design. Flowella is WhatsApp-only and uses HubSpot's native Conversations Inbox where supported.

Strong. SleekFlow's own inbox at app.sleekflow.io is a mature multi-user inbox with assignment, internal notes, tags, AI summaries and a mobile app.

Channels beyond WhatsAppInstagram DM, Messenger, Telegram, LINE, WeChat, SMS, web chat and more.

WhatsApp only by design.

Strong. SleekFlow supports WhatsApp, WhatsApp Coexistence, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, SMS, MMS, WeChat, LINE, Telegram, email and web live chat.

AI agent with knowledge base RAGAI answer generation, knowledge sources and multilingual support.

Out of scope. Flowella defers to HubSpot Breeze and the customer's own AI stack.

Strong. AgentFlow (launched July 2025) routes between GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini and Gemini on Azure OpenAI infrastructure, with knowledge sources and multilingual support.5

A bit of background

Two products, two architectures.

SleekFlow is a credible APAC-headquartered conversational AI platform with its own multi-channel inbox, visual Flow Builder and the AgentFlow AI product. Flowella takes the opposite architectural approach: it stays inside HubSpot, with no parallel inbox or workflow engine to maintain.

About SleekFlow

Founded 2019 in Hong Kong by Henson Tsai and headquartered in Singapore. Approximately US$23.5m raised to June 2025.1

SleekFlow centralises WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and live chat inside its own app at app.sleekflow.io. HubSpot is a connected CRM, not the system of record for the conversation. Flowella is the opposite, by design: the conversation, the form, and the workflow all live inside HubSpot.

Honest segmentation

Choose by where the work should happen.

If your operation is HubSpot-centred, Flowella keeps WhatsApp native to HubSpot. If your team wants a unified multi-channel inbox with AI agents for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and Live Chat, SleekFlow is a serious option.

Choose Flowella if…

You want WhatsApp to feed structured data into HubSpot.

You already use HubSpot Forms and Workflows. You want WhatsApp to capture clean, structured answers that trigger the workflows you've already built.

  • You live inside HubSpot — that's your system of record.
  • You need form submissions, not free-text chat.
  • You want one pass-through bill, no per-seat fees.
  • You're UK/EU and care about data residency.
Choose SleekFlow if…

You need a full WhatsApp engagement platform alongside HubSpot.

You have a team that lives in a shared WhatsApp inbox, runs broadcast campaigns, builds rule-based chatbots, and handles Instagram and Messenger too.

  • You need a multi-agent team inbox with assignment.
  • You run high-volume broadcasts and click-to-WhatsApp ads.
  • You want multi-channel (WhatsApp + IG + Messenger).
  • HubSpot is one of several CRMs you sync with.
Choose HubSpot native if…

You only need basic WhatsApp inside the HubSpot Conversations Inbox.

You want shared inbox replies and outbound templates from your HubSpot record, and don't need WhatsApp Flows, branching automation, or coexistence with the Business App.4

  • You're fine sending only template messages from workflows.
  • ≤1,000 templates/month is enough.
  • You don't need Coexistence with the Business App.
  • You don't need to branch on a structured customer reply.
In your customer's voice

The practical deep dive.

Four questions HubSpot teams ask when comparing a HubSpot-native WhatsApp layer with a separate conversational AI platform.

Q

Can I trigger a HubSpot workflow when a customer completes a WhatsApp form?

Flowella

Yes, natively. A WhatsApp Flow built from a HubSpot Form returns its submission as a native HubSpot form submission event. Every existing HubSpot workflow that listens for that form fires automatically, including lead rotation, lifecycle changes, deal creation and Slack alerts.

SleekFlow

The conversation runs inside SleekFlow's Flow Builder; submissions become SleekFlow flow variables, and SleekFlow can call back to HubSpot via Create HubSpot record or Update HubSpot record Flow Builder actions, or via Zapier/Make. The outcome is reachable, but the trigger is not a HubSpot form submission and you maintain two workflow engines.4

Q

Will WhatsApp messages live inside the HubSpot Conversations Inbox?

Flowella

Flowella is a workflow and forms tool, not a replacement for HubSpot's Conversations Inbox. Where the HubSpot-native WhatsApp channel is available, conversations stay on HubSpot's contact timeline as native engagements.

SleekFlow

No. SleekFlow operates its own inbox at app.sleekflow.io rather than feeding HubSpot's native Conversations Inbox. That said, SleekFlow is a fully featured shared inbox with assignment, internal notes, tags, mobile app and AI summaries; if a unified messaging inbox is what you need, SleekFlow is genuinely strong here.

Q

Do I have to give up my WhatsApp Business App to use this?

Flowella

No. Flowella supports WhatsApp Coexistence via Meta Embedded Signup, letting the WhatsApp Business App and the WhatsApp Business Platform API run on the same number.

SleekFlow

No, the same applies. SleekFlow documents Coexistence at help.sleekflow.io/whatsapp/whatsapp-coexistence, with imports of up to 6 months of chat history. Meta's country and Marketing Message Lite restrictions apply. The downstream agent experience differs: with SleekFlow, agents work in app.sleekflow.io; with Flowella, agents continue inside HubSpot.3

Q

What does this look like for a seven-agent HubSpot team in practice?

Flowella

Flowella Pro is a flat US$159 per month for the platform, plus Meta's per-conversation fees billed directly to the customer's Meta account at cost. No per-agent licence fee and no Monthly Active Contact gate. All seven agents work entirely inside HubSpot.

SleekFlow

SleekFlow Pro AI at US$149/month (annual) includes 3 users. Additional seats plus API access typically require Premium AI at US$349/month annual (US$399/month monthly), plus a US$15 per WhatsApp number per month connection fee, plus Meta fees. The agents work in app.sleekflow.io, with HubSpot kept in sync.7

What it really costs

Pricing, transparently.

Both products publish clear pricing. The difference is the model: Flowella is a flat HubSpot app subscription; SleekFlow is a Monthly Active Contact model with included users, per-number connection fees and a HubSpot integration gated to Pro and above.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers for HubSpot teams comparing Flowella and SleekFlow.

Is this an honest comparison or a hatchet job?

It is intended to be honest. SleekFlow is a credible, well-funded conversational AI platform. It does many things Flowella does not, including a multi-channel inbox, AI agents and in-chat payments. Flowella does one thing SleekFlow does not, it keeps WhatsApp Flows inside HubSpot as native HubSpot forms and workflow actions. We have cited primary sources for every claim and flagged items that need verification via trial accounts.

Can SleekFlow turn a HubSpot Form into a WhatsApp Flow with one click?

No. SleekFlow can build WhatsApp Flows in SleekFlow's own Flow Builder, or send Meta-native WhatsApp Flows on the Enterprise plan, and it can sync contact data with HubSpot. It does not have a one-click import a HubSpot Form, get a WhatsApp Flow button. Flowella does.

Does SleekFlow replace HubSpot's Conversations Inbox?

In practice, yes — SleekFlow becomes the inbox. Conversations live in app.sleekflow.io, with HubSpot kept in sync via SleekFlow's Flow Builder action nodes. Whether that is good or bad depends on whether you want HubSpot Conversations Inbox to be the single pane of glass for support, or whether you want a richer dedicated messaging inbox with assignment, AI summaries and a mobile app.

Do I have to drop the WhatsApp Business App to use this?

No. Both Flowella and SleekFlow support WhatsApp Coexistence via Meta Embedded Signup. Meta's country and Marketing Message Lite restrictions apply.3

What's the real difference in monthly bills?

Flowella Pro is US$159/month with no per-user fees. SleekFlow Pro AI is US$149/month annual (US$199/month monthly) with three users and a starting allocation of 500 Monthly Active Contacts; HubSpot integration starts at Pro. Beyond three users or for API access, SleekFlow Premium AI at US$349/month annual (US$399/month monthly) is typical. SleekFlow also charges US$15 per WhatsApp number per month. Meta messaging fees are similar across both: SleekFlow does not publish a per-message markup; Flowella passes Meta fees through to the customer's own Meta account directly.7

What about data residency for UK or EU buyers?

SleekFlow is SOC 2 Type II certified (announced 5 February 2026) and ISO/IEC 27001:2017 certified (BS EN version, announced July 2023). It operates a UK entity (Companies House 13855447) and a London sales office in Waterloo. We were unable to find a published UK or EU data-residency option — request a DPA from SleekFlow before signing. Flowella's parent Discover Digital is a UK-based HubSpot Solutions Partner; HubSpot data residency options apply.

What is SleekFlow actually best at?

Three things. First, a serious multi-channel team inbox covering WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, Live Chat, WeChat, LINE and Telegram. Second, AgentFlow, their AI agent product launched July 2025 with multi-LLM routing (GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, Gemini on Azure OpenAI). Third, structured chat flows with strong branching, save-reply variables, and HubSpot, Salesforce and Shopify data nodes inside their Flow Builder. APAC presence and Click-to-WhatsApp Ads are mature.5

Can I use Flowella alongside SleekFlow?

Yes, but you would likely run them on different phone numbers. If SleekFlow already owns your team inbox, Flowella can sit on a separate marketing or lead-gen number that runs HubSpot Form to WhatsApp Flow conversions, with submissions landing in HubSpot natively. Many teams keep customer-care multi-channel inside SleekFlow and lead-gen forms inside HubSpot.
