Can’t complete Meta flow?
Ensure you’re a Business Manager admin for the selected business. If permissions appear toggled off, select Back then re‑enter the step and enable all scopes.
Payment method missing warning:
If you skipped Add payment method, return to Meta Business Manager → WhatsApp → Billing and add it to avoid message delivery limits.
No HubSpot portal listed
Your user may not have Install App permissions; ask a Super Admin to connect the app.
Template approvals:
Proactive messages outside WhatsApp’s 24‑hour window require approved templates. Create/manage templates in Flowella → Templates.
